Mandy Jennings – Managing Director of Paje Consultancy Ltd – hotel, venue and conference sales specialist with over 25 years’ experience operating in senior sales director roles with key conference and event industry brands including Forte, Le Meridien, Marriott, and Thistle Hotels, London.
For 8 years Mandy was Sales Director for the De Vere Group, including Village Hotels and De Vere Venues, and Sales Director for the Principal Hayley Group. She was also voted Hotel Partners Chairman of the HBAA (Hotel Booking Agents Association) 2007 giving the strategic direction of over 100 hotel partners.
Mandy set up Paje Consultancy Ltd in 2010 and currently works with a number of independent venues, hotel groups and dedicated conference and training venues offering training, consultancy, and representation services. She is the Executive Director and on the board for Venues of Excellence who have a consortium with 52 unique and specialist conference and training venues in the UK and is a board director and manages the contract for Academic Venue Solutions with over leading 50 academic venues in the UK.
