Mandy Jennings, Owner and Managing Director of Paje Consultancy Ltd has enjoyed a prestigious sales and marketing career in the hospitality world working for some of the leading industry brands including Thistle Hotels, Forte, Le Meridien, and Marriott. Prior to setting up Paje Consultancy in 2010 Mandy was the Group Sales Director for the De Vere Group, including at that time Village Hotels and De Vere Venues, and Sales Director for the Principal Hayley Group, launching 2 European properties and the Grand Connaught Rooms in London. Mandy was voted Hotel Partners Chairman of the HBAA (Hotel Booking Agents Association) in 2007 giving the strategic direction of over 100 hotel partners. She is a specialist in the conference, meetings and events sectors and offers over 35 years of sales and marketing wisdom and experience to share with her clients.

Mandy set up Paje Consultancy Ltd in 2010 and has worked with more than 200 independent venues, hotels and groups offering training, consultancy, and representation services. In 2015 she was delighted to work with Conference Centres of Excellence (CCE) managing their sales, marketing and membership services and acting as their Executive Director. During this time she instigated a change of direction bringing in more unique venues to support the client needs, and supported CCE through the rebrand to Venues of Excellence (VOE). In 2020 Paje won the prestigious CHS Award for “Best UK Representation Agency of the Year”.

Following the successful changes made at VOE, in 2018, Mandy was asked by the board of Academic Venue Solutions (AVS) a collection of over 50 venues, to assist them in repositioning their association, created a new strategy and recruited a new team for the organisation. Mandy spent 3 years supporting AVS as a board member and implementing the new strategy and direction.

In 2022, Mandy purchased Venues of Excellence which now operates as a limited company under her direction as CEO, along with the experienced team from Paje Consultancy who had been involved since 2015. Venues of Excllence is proud to represent over 50 of the UK’s leading conference and event venues, all offering the highest levels of quality and service. The membership benefits are hugely valuable to independent venues or small groups giving them the services of a large brand, sales and marketing services, member events and networking opportunities, learning and development academy for their teams and a range of consultancy opportunities. VOE also operates a central enquiry desk and venue find service with over £10 million pounds of enquiries per annum which drives business to the member venues.

In addition, Mandy Jennings is proud to act as a Non-Exec Director for 2 organisations, Imago Venues at Lougborough University and Ashorne Hill Conference Centre, owned by JLR .
