I enlisted the support of Paje on two specific assignments. I am delighted with the results in both cases. Firstly, Mandy held the post of Interim Head of Sales for Mint Hotel during the period of recruitment for this newly created position. During this time, she was a key member of the management team involved with the successful opening of the Mint Hotel Tower of London. In addition, a significant part of the brief was to put in place the structure and processes in preparation for the arrival of the permanent incumbent. This was completed very successfully including handover to the appointee. As a result of the identification of priorities, a project was instigated around M&E office sales and conversion procedures. Mandy was instrumental in supporting the implementation of the BDRC benchmarking process, delivered training in support of this and implemented a detailed M&E SOP manual. This was scoped and delivered to great effect. I would not hesitate in recommending Paje work.

The Conference Agency telesales campaign generated a list of over 90 agencies interested in viewing the venue or having a sales manager present to them at their offices. Our Agency Sales Manager contacted them all and was able to cover 20 appointments and handover a further 30 scheduled agency presentations.
Eighteen months later when the previously appointed Head of Sales decided to progress her career further Judi Oliver was able to come in again as Interim Head of Sales to seamlessly ‘hold the fort’ until we could recruit the right person. She assisted with the recruitment of some new roles within the team as well as the new Head of Sales and was asked to stay on to help stabilise the team due to other changes within the business, also offering Marketing support whilst the new Head of Sales settled in to their new role.
