Interactive customer service training for all team members; to develop professional and effective interactions with customers, visitors, guests; to maximise engagement; improve the experience and increase the intention to return.

  • Course completed over four 2.5 hour interactive weekly workshops on Tuesday mornings from 9.30-12.00

    • Improving the customer experience with emotional engagement
    • Developing the customer journey to enhance the experience and increase revenue
    • Positive re-framing of language and phraseology to create a more positive impact
    • Up-selling and up-serving to add value to the customer experience
    • Identifying opportunities to cross-sell, plus drive future bookings
    • How to gather customer feedback and respond effectively
    • Managing challenging customers: complaints, problems, and negative reactions
  • Breakout groups to discuss and practise with industry colleagues
  • ​Workplace Exercises and Goal Setting
  • Certification upon completion ​
  • Small learning groups to a maximum of 10 people in any workshop giving you the opportunity to talk through current issues​
