Sixteen years ago, Mandy Jennings took a leap of faith, she founded Paje Consultancy and later made Venues of Excellence what it is today. This experience not only shaped her own career, but also how many venues approach sales representation and membership support within the hospitality sector.

Having spent years over 25 years working within large corporate hotel groups and venue sales and marketing teams, I’d seen the same challenge time and again: venues striving for commercial growth, but often without the internal resource or specialist expertise to fully realise their potential. I knew there had to be a better way.
