In summer 2025 we wanted to step back and look at our organisations commercial sales function, it wasn’t that we felt we were doing a bad job it was just a great opportunity to benchmark our results and the market test our business model.
We reached out to Mandy and Paje, from the first conversation she gave us clarity on what they could deliver, confidence in their ability and background to analyse our unique business and most importantly and simple process for the review.  The findings from the consultation were above and beyond our expectations, they presented clearly, they were fair whilst at the same time providing us with new ways of working which we’ve implemented to improve our business today.
