This was completed very successfully including handover to the appointee. As a result of the identification of priorities, a project was instigated around M&E office sales and conversion procedures. Mandy was instrumental in supporting the implementation of the BDRC benchmarking process, delivered training in support of this and implemented a detailed M&E SOP manual.
